Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of public relations in shaping the institutional image of organizations concerned with children's affairs and to identify the indicators of the public's perception of these organizations. The study employs a survey methodology through the preparation of a measurement form, distributed to a sample of the Children's Culture House audience, consisting of 400 respondents. This approach seeks to determine the role of public relations in the Children's Culture House and the prevailing public perception of the institution.
The findings indicate that the public holds a positive perception of the Children's Culture House. This perception is attributed to the institution's activities and the work of its public relations team, which strives to offer the best programs and activities to its audience. Additionally, the results confirm that the Children's Culture House is one of the most significant local institutions in Iraq, dedicated to the care of children and the dissemination of cultural values through its initiatives.
