Retractions

Retractions of published papers may be initiated by either the author(s) or the ABAA Journal editor(s) for scientific or ethical reasons. However, the final decision regarding the retraction lies with the editor. The purpose of a retraction is to rectify the scientific matter when an article contains significant flaws or erroneous data that undermine the reliability of its findings and conclusions. Upon retraction, a formal retraction notification is published, providing an explanation for the retraction. In most cases, the original article remains accessible online, except under exceptional conditions such as legal obligations or potential risks to public health associated with its content.
