Authors

All authors are required to have an Open Researcher and Contributor Identifier (ORCID - https://orcid.org/register), which must be provided during the manuscript submission process via our ABAA online submission system. Instructions on how to include your ORCID in the journal portal can be found there.

The corresponding author holds the responsibility of declaring in the cover letter that all co-authors are aware of and have approved the submission of the manuscript. If any author expresses unawareness or disagreement with the submission, it will lead to the suspension of the manuscript processing. Please note that the corresponding author cannot be changed after submission.

Any modifications to the authorship list, such as adding, removing, or rearranging author names, should be made prior to manuscript acceptance. The contributions of each author, including their involvement in proposal development, implementation, data analysis, and manuscript writing, should be clearly stated on the title page.

Prior to submitting a manuscript, it is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that they have obtained consent from all individuals listed as coauthors. The submitting author assumes the responsibility of notifying all coauthors about the submission of the manuscript. This ensures that all coauthors are aware and in agreement with the manuscript being submitted for publication.

During the submission of a manuscript, the submitting author is required to provide contact information for all coauthors, including their full names, email addresses, institutional affiliations, and mailing addresses. Therefore, it is important to enter the coauthors' names accurately during the submission. Please note that coauthors are not required to register in ABAA online submission system. When indicating author affiliation, it should reflect the institution where the research work was completed, even if the author has since moved to a different institution. If there have been changes in the author's institutional affiliation, a note with the current address may be included to provide updated information.

In the event that changes to the authorship of a manuscript are necessary after its submission, it is essential to obtain confirmation that all authors involved, including those being added or removed, have been notified and have agreed to the change. To provide this confirmation, authors are required to complete and sign an authorship change form. The completed form should then be submitted to the appropriate editor. This process ensures transparency and accountability in maintaining the integrity of authorship for the manuscript.
